1) Student rates apply to fulltime students only. To use the student fee benefit, please send a copy of a document confirming full time student status at an university to the e-mail address listed in the Contacts.
The price includes:

• Half-day excursion – 26 June 2013 (by bus)
Post-conference Excursion Fee includes transport and lunch-box.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be announced by e-mail (address listed in the Contacts) by the deadlines specifiedn below. Refunds will be made after the event as follows:
• before 28 February 2013: 70% of total registration fee
• between 1 March and 1 May 2013: 40% of total
• after 1 May 2013: no refunds
Participants who are unable to attend the conference at the last minute are advised to encourage another member of their staff to attend instead.
